Front Wing HA1050
The HA 1050 front wing was developed with a unique racing-style profile. In windfoil or wingfoil, this wing yields amazing glide and early takeoff. In windfoil, adding this wing to a foil setup gives excellent tolerance and accessibility for progressive riders.
The HA 1050 front wing is a heritage High Aspect ratio design developed from our racing line of foils. While ideal for athletic and performance oriented freeride sessions, this wing is equally forgiving and accessible for beginner or intermediate riders. This wing was created for optimal light wind windfoil performance, but wing's stable and rigid feel is also consistent, fast, and manageable in stronger wind. The HA1050 is versatile and takes off early; it's also ideal for heavier riders looking for a fast front wing with enough lift to jibe well.
When rigged with our UP range, the HA1050 is also a great fit with the practice of wingfoil, sure to please performance-seeking riders with excellent speed and upwind ability. With early takeoff for a High Aspect wing, this stable and controllable front wing will give confidence to wingfoil riders seeking a versatile wing for stronger wind.
The profile of this wing is designed to be minimum-drag and super glide. Carbon HR construction is ideally stiff and uniform for improvements to performance.
TAAROA is unique in our utilization of the DFCM (Dynamic Fluid Compression Molding) method of fabrication. This technique optimizes carbon fiber volume ratio to create a more structurally sound product, giving better on-the-water performance.
The wing is also reinforced with titanium at the screw inserts, for strength and rigidity at this critical point of connection.
The HA1050 is fully modular and compatible with all TAAROA products except our KF54/60 series.
The bottom line:
- Wing developed for speed, early takeoff, and lighter wind
- Multi-discipine and adaptable to all levels of rider
- Excellent glide
